Where are you and what are your opening hours ?

We are based on the Costa del sol in Spain just outside of Malaga.
We work from 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday,
We are closed weekends and bank holidays.

How can i contact you ?

We are solely an online business so can be contacted by email at
During working hours emails are checked on a regular basis.
If you email us out of work hours we will reply the next working day.

How long will it take to dispatch my order ?

We aim to dispatch all items within 3 - 5 working days .
But this is providing we have received from you all the required details if you have ordered a personalised item. 

How long are delivery times ?

We need 3 - 5 Working days to process and make your order as every order is handmade to order.

You can choose which shipping you would like when you proceed through the checkout process, All packages are sent via the Correos ( Spain's Postal service ) and will be delivered by your countries own postal service.
All shipping times are from the date your order is dispatched.

Standard Shipping ( not including weekends ) :  
USA - 12 - 15 working days - ( Please add an extra 2 days if in a rural location )
Australia - 12 - 18 working days - ( Please add an extra 2 days if in a rural location )
UK & Ireland - 5 - 10 working days
Within Europe - 5 - 10 working days.

Express Shipping ( not including weekends )

USA - 6 - 8 working days ( Please add an extra 2 days if in a rural location )
Australia - 8 - 10 working days ( Please add an extra 2 days if in a rural location )
UK & Ireland - 4 - 5 working days
Within Europe - 4 - 5 working days

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. ( Please contact your countries taxes office  / website for information.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

What happens if my order doesn't turn up as expected ?

If you have not received your order within the displayed shipping times then please contact us - sales@prettygiftsandcharms.com or via the Enquiry form on the contact us page ( the top of every page you will see the contact us tab ).
If the order has been sent with a tracking number then we will provide this to you ,
We would then advise that you ask in your local post office with the tracking number as quite often if you are not at home when they try to deliver it then you will need to claim it from the post office , If you don't and it is returned back to us then extra charges will apply to resend your order.

I have received my order but something is incorrect or damaged ?

Please let us know as soon as you receive your parcel if there are any incorrect or damaged items.
We will normally ask you to send us a photo or ask for them to be returned to us. We will then provide you with all the required details to return item/s.
We are only human and sometimes mistakes can be made in this case we will resolve any issues to correct the error, Although we do double check every order so this does very rarely happen.
